Police say a Huntingburg man who at one point drove his vehicle at more than 100 mph in a bid to outrun law enforcement was caught once his vehicle stalled as he attempted to navigate a turn at more than 80 mph.
Indiana State Police say a driver’s inattention caused a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning south of Huntingburg that sent both drivers to the hospital. And a husband and a wife in their 30s were taken by ambulance to the hospital Tuesday morning after suffering dog bites.
Illegal dumping continues to be a problem in Dubois County, with the latest incident occurring at the Huntingburg Conservation Club. And Jasper police are searching for a car that has been reported stolen.
