HAYSVILLE — A wrecker was needed after a car-versus-deer collision early Thursday south of Haysville.
Mitchell R. Fleck, 25, Haysville, was northbound on U.S. 231 in a 2007 Chrysler 300 when the 1:31 a.m. accident occurred south of County Road 600N, according to the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy said Fleck’s car collided with a deer that came onto the highway from the west.
Damage was estimated between $2,500 and $5,000.
