Bradford Austin Fair, 71, of Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, in Jasper.
He was born May 1, 1948, in Petersburg to Everett and Francis (Hale) Fair. He married his wife, Elaine (O’Neill) Fair, on April 19, 1975.
Brad served in the Marine Corps and was a Vietnam War Veteran.
Brad is survived by his wife, Elaine Fair of Petersburg; sons, Damon (Kim) Fair of Petersburg and Matt ( Stephanie) Fair of Jasper; grandchildren, Isaac, Reese, Sadie, Kailey,and Courtney Fair; brothers, Gary (Sandy) Fair and Dennis ( Angie) Fair, both of Evansville; sisters, Paula (Jack) Dillon and Nyla (Tom) Dooley, both of Petersburg; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Services for Brad will take place at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1, at the First Baptist Church in Petersburg, with visitation from 10 a.m. until service time. Pastor Mike Miller will be officiating and burial will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery in Petersburg.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Petersburg VFW branch or the Wounded Warrior Project.
