Bonifest celebrates feast dayMay 15, 2019
FULDA — The annual Bonifest at Historic St. Boniface Catholic Church will be held Saturday, June 1. The event celebrates the feast day of St. Boniface. The public is invited.
The event begins with Mass at 5 p.m. CT. Barbecued chicken and pork chop dinners will be sold, beginning at 4:30 p.m. CT. The cost of $10 includes German fries, baked beans and slaw.
A food court and beer garden, featuring St. Benedict Brew, will open at 4:30 p.m. Hamburgers, grilled tenderloins and potato
Children’s games begin at 6 p.m. CT.
Live music will be provided by Studebaker, beginning at 7 p.m. CT.
The celebration is sponsored by the St. Boniface Men’s Society. All proceeds will benefit the ongoing care and maintenance of Historic St. Boniface Catholic Church, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
