Bikers invited to ride, deliver toys
November 20, 2019The Dubois County Motorcycle Club and the American Bikers Aimed Toward Education members will deliver toys and other donations to the needy for the Christmas season during a ride from Jasper to Huntingburg and back beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7. The ride will begin at The Midwest Café, 1102 N. Newton St., Jasper.
The ride is open to anyone who wants to ride along and make a donation of a toy or cash to the program.
Donations will be made to Court-Appointed Special Advocate for Children, The Lighthouse Worship Center food bank, Freedom Reins, Shared Abundance Food Pantry, Community Food Bank and Redemption Christian Church for Tri-Cap children services. Members also will be stopping at The Eagles in Huntingburg to pick up toys and have lunch. The ride should be finished by 2 p.m.
