Bauer receives Blue Chip all-conference honorMarch 7, 2019

The Blue Chip athletic conference announced their All-Conference selections late Wednesday evening at their annual coaches meeting at the end of the season.
Northeast Dubois had one player selected to the all-conference squad as junior Reece Bauer was honored after his impressive third year campaign.
Bauer was third in the Blue Chip with an average of 17.3 points per game and led the Jeeps with 325 total points scored. He also led the way with 99 free throws made and had the highest-scoring single-game performance of the season with a 24-point outburst in a loss against Perry Central.
Joining Bauer on the Blue Chip all-conference team is Barr-Reeve’s Keegan O’Neill, Gabe Gladish, Austin Ainscough and Isaac Wagler, South Knox’s Justin Fickling and Gage Bobe, Vincennes Rivet’s Colten Mouzin and Macaine Claycomb, Shoals’ Klayton Tichenor, Loogootee’s Silaus Bauer and Wood Memorial’s Paxon Bartley.
Barr-Reeve’s Brycen Graber, Washington Catholic’s Brock Craney, North Knox’s Keagan Thomas, South Knox’s Zach Welage, Shoals’ Max Fischer and Loogootee’s Jordan Wildman make up the honorable mention roster.
