While waiting for their parents to pick them up from their grandmother’s house, Alexis Broshears of Tennyson, 10, left, and her cousins, Lilya Whipking, 11, and Jenica, 9, both of Huntingburg, play outside Tuesday afternoon in Huntingburg. “We pretty much taught ourselves how to do things,” Alexis said about how the trio learned to do gymnastics moves. “We’ve been doing it since we were 4 or 5.”
