Leon Mehling, Ferdinand, 68, arrested Wednesday afternoon for habitual traffic violator — lifetime.

Crystal Freeman, Jasper, 34, arrested Wednesday morning on a warrant for escape and two counts of resisting law enforcement.

Eugenia Neukam, Jasper, 46, arrested Wednesday morning on four different warrants. The first included possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance. The second warrant included another possession of paraphernalia charge. The third was for possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of paraphernalia. And the fourth warrant was for domestic battery committed in the presence of a child younger than 16 years old, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and domestic battery.
