JASPER — Police called to a weekend disturbance at Maple Grove Village, 3828 N. Portersville Road, arrested a man on several preliminary misdemeanor charges.
The Jasper Police Department was called to the mobile home park at 10:30 p.m.
Complainants alleged Ruben C. Sedeno, 19, who resides at the location, yelled, struck and dented a Chevrolet’s door and violated a protective order since the protected person was in the car.
Officers who made contact with Sedeno said his blood alcohol content also tested .026 percent.
Authorities booked Sedeno into the Dubois County Security Center at 11:26 p.m. on preliminary misdemeanor counts of minor consuming, criminal mischief and invasion of privacy.
