JASPER — Police called to a Sunday night altercation in the 400 block of Mill Street arrested a pair of men.
The Jasper Police Department was told at 8 p.m. that two men were in a physical altercation outside of 416 Mill St. When officers arrived, they found Christopher Klee, 29, of the Mill Street address, and Kody Singer, 28, of 322 E. Fourth St., pushing and yelling at one another.
Klee, whose blood alcohol content was .17 percent, and Singer, who had a BAC of .22 percent, were arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct.
Both men were lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
