Alfred Hudson, 90, Ferdinand
March 10, 2020Alfred Hudson, 90, passed away Friday, March 6, 2020, at his home in Ferdinand.

Alfred was born on July 30, 1929, in Tell City, he was the son of the late Henry H. and Ella Mae Foster Hudson. He married Helen Scudder on May 25,1973, and was a farmer and then retired from General Motors.
Alfred was a U.S. Army Korean Conflict veteran and was a member of American Legion Post 124 of Ferdinand and enjoyed playing cards, and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Helen of Ferdinand; a daughter Angela (Todd) Reed of Sellersburg; grandchildren, Joshua, John , Nicole; and four great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death in addition to his parents is a son, John; a daughter, Rhonda; and a brother, Allen Hudson.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. ET Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Beard Cemetery near Bristow, with Bro. Al Madden officiating. Ferdinand American Legion Post 124 will provide military honors.
Memorial contributions may be made to Beard Cemetery.
