A look ahead to the 2020 SIAC football season

It's never too early to turn the page to next year.

High school football closed the book on the 2019 season on Thanksgiving weekend at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. One of the few teams blessed to finish the season with a win was Memorial, who bested East Noble in the Class 4A title game.

But football around the Pocket City will look different next season. The fall of 2020 will see the revamped Southern Indiana Athletic Conference. Jasper and Vincennes Lincoln will be official members by then, pushing the conference membership to 10 schools.

The football schedule will be a true round-robin of nine conference games. Below is a week by week schedule.

Week One

  • Harrison at Reitz
  • Memorial at Jasper

Week Two

  • Central at Bosse
  • Castle at Mater Dei
  • Harrison at Jasper
  • Memorial at North

Week Three

  • Bosse at Castle
  • Central at Memorial
  • North at Harrison
  • Jasper at Reitz
  • Mater Dei at Vincennes Lincoln

Week Four

  • Bosse at Jasper
  • Castle at Harrison
  • Vincennes Lincoln at Central
  • Memorial at Mater Dei

Week Five

  • North at Bosse
  • Vincennes Lincoln at Castle
