60 years: Dean and Judy Liniger

Dean and Judy (Kinder) Liniger of Jasper will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. Dean and Judy were married on Dec. 24, 1960, at the First General Baptist Church in Oakland City. Reverend John Haskins officiated the ceremony. Attendants included brother of the groom, Kenny Liniger, and sister of the bride, Carolyn Kinder (Cochren).
The Lenigers are the proud parents of Jodi (Steve) Parker of Shiocten, Wisconsin, and Deena Mokris of Jasper. They have four grandchildren, Joshua and Thomas Parker and Kennady and Landon Mokris.
Dean and Judy retired in 2002. Dean retired from the Norfolk Southern Railroad and Judy from Gibson General Hospital.
A celebration will be held at a later date due to COVID-19 restrictions.
