Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Waninger of Ferdinand celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 13 with a family gathering.
Clarence Waninger and Betty Vonderheide were married on June 13, 1959, in St. Ferdinand Catholic Church with Father David Duesing officiating.
Their attendants were Carol and Dennis Waninger, Marilyn Harpenau, Norman Waninger, Bonnie Knies and the late Frank Waninger.
They are the parents of four children, Steve (Sharron) Waninger and Sandy (Terry) Buchta of Jasper, Karen (Doug) Hale of Indianapolis and Randy (Sonya) Waninger of Ferdinand. They have six grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Waninger retired from Kimball International. Mrs. Waninger retired from MasterBrand.
