60 years: Albert and Shirley Schnarr

Albert and Shirley Schnarr of Jasper will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with their family.

Albert Schnarr and Shirley Freyberger were married May 23, 1959, in St. John Lutheran Church, Boone Township. The Rev. Paul Seneff officiated.

Their attendants were Mary (Freyberger) Crosby, the late Phyllis Freyberger, Linus Schnarr and the late James Breidenbaugh.

The Schnarr’s family consists of Jerry and Patti Schnarr and Cheryl and Terry Stemle, along with three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Both were school bus drivers for 40 years for the Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools. They are retired from farming.
