6 to vie for Junior Miss Strassenfest

JASPER — The Junior Miss Strassenfest contest will be held in conjunction with the Little Miss and Mister and Miss Strassenfest contests at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 28, at Redemption Christian Church, 1450 Energy Drive, Jasper. Tickets will be available at the door for $5 each. Scholarships will be awarded to the Junior Miss Strassenfest and first runner-up.

The six Junior Miss Strassenfest contestants are:

Amia Kempf is the daughter of Erika and Chad Kempf. She will be an eighth-grade student at Jasper Middle School. She volunteered at the Timbers of Jasper.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mallory Krapf is the daughter of Shelly Krapf and Ben Krapf. She will be an eighth-grade student at Jasper Middle School. She volunteered for the Dubois County Humane Society.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Harper Knies is the daughter of Kiersten and Jason Knies. She will be a seventh-grade student at Jasper Middle School. She volunteered for Freedom Reins Therapeutic Riding Center.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bailey Lents is the daughter of Cindy and Jason Lents. She will be an eighth-grade student at Jasper Middle School. She volunteered with special needs adults through Pike County Area Rehabilitiation Center.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Michelle Ondiek is the daughter of Haley and Jason Ondiek. She will be an eighth-grade student at Jasper Middle School. She volunteered at St. Joseph and Holy Family Churches’ Vacation Bible School.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kathryn McCoy is the daughter of Stacy and William McCoy. She will be an eighth-grade student at Jasper Middle School. She volunteered at The Timbers of Jasper.
