BIRDSEYE — Patoka Lake Winery’s second annual Dash for the Glass 5K will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3. Dash for the Glass 5K aims to raise money for local military families.
The race begins and ends at Patoka Lake Winery, 2900 N. Dillard Road, Birdseye.
After a brisk run in the state park, racers and their supporters are invited to an after-party at the Patoka Lake Event Center attached to the winery for wine, snacks, vendors and entertainment.
Runners 21 and over will receive a T-shirt, souvenir wine glass, refreshments and a glass of wine included in their registration. Non-drinking racers and those under 21 can register at an abated price.
Awards will be presented. Timed results will be posted online.
