Robert and Ramona Brosmer of Jasper will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, May 3, with a Mass in Precious Blood Catholic Church in Jasper. They also took a family vacation in Cancun, Mexico, in January.
Robert Brosmer and Ramona Hubert were married May 2, 1964, in St. Mary Catholic Church in Huntingburg. Their attendants were Rose Marie Waters, Madonna Leibering, Louis Waters, Alphonse Brosmer and the late Harold Brosmer and Gaylord Schuch.
Mr. and Mrs. Brosmer are the parents of Janet Brosmer of Terre Haute, Barbara Gillaspy and husband David and Marilyn Langston and husband Jim, both of Indianapolis, and Deborah Hopf and husband Jerry of Huntingburg. They have eight grandchildren.
Mr. Brosmer retired as president of Jasper Woodworking Co. Inc., and Mrs. Brosmer also retired from Jasper Woodworking Co. Inc.
