50 years: Richard and Sharon Dick

Richard and Sharon Dick of Jasper are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Richard Dick and Sharon Kay Bower were married Oct. 10, 1970, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kentland, Indiana. Rev. George B. Lanning officiated.
Maid of honor was Debbie Whaley and best man was Gordon Hardebeck.
The Dick’s are the parents of Kimberly (Craig) Johnson and Chad (Carie) Dick, all of Jasper, and they are the grandparents of Maddie and Nate Johnson, and Courtney and Todd Dick.
Sharon worked as an administrative assistant for many years and Richard worked for the Indiana State Police for 34 years. Both are retired.
The couple will have an anniversary celebration at a later date due to COVID-19.
