Larry and Virginia Moore of Huntingburg are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Larry Moore and Virginia Begle were married on April 25, 1970, in Mary Help of Christians Church, Mariah Hill. Father Patrick Shaughnessy officiated at the ceremony.
Their attendants were Connie (Moore) Carter, Sharon (Begle) Wehr, Mike Moore and Andy Tindall.
The Moores are the parents of two daughters, Jennifer (Keith) Baseden and Jill (Alex) Blackgrove, both of Huntingburg. They have six grandchildren.
Mr. Moore retired from Best Home Furnishings as OTR driver. Mrs. Moore retired from DMI Furniture as shipping office assistant.
The couple will celebrate with a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains in August.
