50 years: Allen and Amy Bauernfiend

Mr. and Mrs. Allan Bauernfiend of Huntingburg are celebrating the 50th wedding anniversary.
Allan Bauernfiend and Amy Englehart were married on March 28, 1970, in Salem United Church of Christ, Huntingburg, by Rev. Robert Maisch.
Their wedding attendants were Mel, Carol and Brad Bolling, Jan (Mark) Block, Phyllis Feldmeyer, Elaine Hopf, Tom Weisman, Ray Hoffhaus, Leon Libbert and Steve Maas.
They are the parents of Amber Hill of Evansville, Arin (Kit) Cooper of Huntingburg, Ann (Winston) Church of Jacksonville, Florida, and Adam (Joan) Bauernfiend of Huntingburg. They have 12 grandchildren.
Mr. Bauernfiend retired from Old National Bank after 36 years and from Tucker Emge Real Estate. Mrs. Bauernfiend retired from Southwest Dubois County School Corporation after teaching for 33 years.
A family celebration will be held this summer at Sanibel Island, Florida.
