JASPER — Three individuals were booked Friday into the Dubois County Security Center on battery warrants.
Court records indicate the case involving Austin M. Buechlein, 20, 4525 W. 235N, Jordan G. Brinkley, 20, Stanton, Tennessee, and Christopher A. Moore, 19, Jacksonville, North Carolina, was investigated by the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office was contacted Tuesday by a male who reported having been battered by Buechlein, Moore and Brinkley at Buechlein’s residence the previous evening. The complainant indicated the assault continued until he yelled that he could not breathe and his heart hurt.
The complainant voluntarily went to the hospital to get checked for his injuries.
Court records indicate the case includes voluntary statements by witnesses and copies of a video of the incident that was posted on Snapchat.
Warrants charging Buechlein, Brinkley and Moore with Level 6 felony counts of battery resulting in moderate bodily injury were issued Friday out of Dubois Circuit Court.
All three individuals bonded out of the security center after being booked Friday.
