2 more COVID-19 cases reported in Dubois Co

JASPER — The Dubois County Health Department confirms two more positive cases of novel coronavirus in Dubois County residents, bringing the countywide total to 13 positive cases.
According to the county health department, it is working closely with the Indiana State Department of Health and local officials to ensure that contacts of the patients are identified and monitored. Anyone who may have an exposure risk, has been or is being notified about potential exposures so that appropriate infection control procedures can be followed.
According to the department, "the cases of COVID-19 in our community remind us the vital importance of taking precautions to protect our health and safety. At no other point in time, have our decisions made such a difference in either helping or hurting others. STAY HOME. Practice social distancing and good hand hygiene."
