JASPER — Two individuals were booked into the Dubois County Security Center late Monday night on warrants issued after police investigated a complaint about a protective order violation and juveniles allegedly smoking marijuana.

Bauer, 33, 426 W. 43rd St., Jasper, as well as a report that juveniles had smoked marijuana in an apartment with Bauer and Kevin W. Lohman, 28, also of the 43rd Street address.

On Thursday, the investigation resulted in warrants being issued out of Dubois Circuit Court charging Bauer and Lohman with misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bauer’s warrant additionally charged her with misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy and false informing, with the latter charge related to an allegation that Bauer gave false information to police investigating the incident.

Authorities booked Bauer and Lohman into the security center just after 11 p.m. Monday on the active warrants.
