HUNTINGBURG — One of the drivers was treated for injuries following a two-car collision Monday afternoon on the city’s north side.
Karen Buckler, Jasper, was southbound on U.S. 231 in a 2017 Ford Fusion when the 4:30 p.m. accident occurred near 19th Street, according to the Huntingburg Police Department.
Police say Buckler’s Fusion was rear-ended by a 2011 Jeep Wrangler driven by Kelly LaBarge, Jasper.
Buckler was transported by ambulance for treatment of injuries at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. She was later released, according to police.
Total damage was estimated at $4,000.
