Mike Olson of Dubois, left, and Brian Burnett of Jasper raced their short-course trucks at B.J.’s Electronics Riverside Raceway in Jasper on Wednesday. “It is an addicting hobby,” Olson said. The trucks are capable of hitting 60 mph. Olson and Burnett occasionally race their trucks in competitions but typically pilot them just for fun.
