Janetta May Knight, 80, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on February 7, 2019, at Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick.
She was born in Orange County, Indiana on April 8, 1938, to Harry E. and Hazel “Purkhiser” Knight.
Janetta was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Harry D. Knight Jr. and Kenneth Knight; and sisters Gloria Keeton and Lenore Knight.
She was a participant in Special Olympics, where she won several medals and enjoyed reading the Bible.
Janetta is survived by her brother, David Knight, Bedford, Indiana; and sisters Mary Alice Hatfield, French Lick; Sharon Wright, Palmyra, Indiana; and Connie Roberts, formerly of French Lick.
The funeral ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt at 1:30 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2019, at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home, French Lick. Burial will follow in Mount Lebanon Cemetery in French Lick.
Friends may call for visitation from noon until the time of service at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.
