    Forest Park junior Trey Dooley paced all Dubois County runners with a second-place finish (17:41) in the field of 59 runners at Tuesday's boys cross country sectional, leading the Rangers (113) to a fifth-place finish and a trip to Saturday’s regional at Crawford County. Jasper and Northeast Dubois will also make the trip to Marengo with third and fourth-place finishes, respectively.

The Jasper freshman arrived at the finish line in Thursday’s Forest Park Invitational and placed her hands over her face. Not in exhaustion, as is typically the routine at the finish line, but in elation.
