Emily Wollenmann, left, her daughter, Jordan, 1, and Heather Pancake-Schmid and her son, Henry Schmid, 1, all of Jasper, watched bubbles float through the air as the song “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” played during Bouncy Time on Thursday at Jasper Public Library. Bouncy time is a weekly gathering for parents and children that entails 30 minutes of music and activities at the library. “I think it’s nice for the kids to interact. Having this time to socialize with other kids helps their development,” Pancake-Schmid said.
